As a child he is at least 3 times more likely to be diagnosed with ADHD and drugged on ritalin, and forced to go through a school system which is geared toward girls. Which will heavily impact his perspective on school for life. Because he has a penis*, he will have less financial opportunity and support as there are currently no programs geared toward males, even though there are over a dozen for women only. His chances of going to university are lower than that of women, and his chances for getting a degree even more so. As a young adult he will make less money than women for working the exact same jobs with all variables accounted for. He is more likely to be laid off or even homeless.
As an adult he is just as likely to be raped and more likely to be a victim of domestic violence and nearly all forms of violent crimes, and if he is raped by a woman it will not be federally recognized as rape.
Should he choose to have sex with a woman he will have far less contraceptive options than her, and should she become pregnant he has no legal rights in whether he becomes a father; something she has complete control over. She can, if she wishes, even force him into legal debt slavery.
As a man he will be socially expected to spend his life earning the approval of others while most likely failing to meet those expectations in a country which heavily revolves around male disposability.
